No Right of Withdrawal for Personalized or Individually Packed Products

As our products are custom-made, personalized, or specially assembled/packed according to your individual requests, no right of withdrawal applies in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

This means that once your order has been confirmed and has entered production or the assembly process, it cannot be canceled or returned.
