We usually ship your goodies bags within 1–2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you notice after placing your order that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at bestellung@prepmygoodiebag.com. We can usually still change the address. You also have the option of changing your contact details and delivery address yourself in the customer portal.

Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €6.99. We ship your order as a DHL parcel so that it is insured and you can track your shipment at any time. Shipping is free for orders over €75.

We have recently started delivering to Austria. We currently charge €14.99 for international deliveries. Here too, shipping is free for orders over €75.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return the goodies bags after your order has been fully processed.
Our goodie bags are sealed with a theme-specific sticker and therefore cannot be reused. In addition, the composition of the contents is an important part of our concept. We guarantee you the RRP of the items contained. Our service consists of the time and work we save you by providing you with the ready-packed goodie bags.

If your delivery arrives damaged, please use our contact form immediately. We will take care of it as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution for you.

We place great importance on sustainable products for our goodie bags. We mainly use high-quality kraft paper for our gift bags and seal them with one of our theme-specific stickers. The contents vary depending on the price model (Basic, Classic, or Premium) and the theme. We look for toys that will provide long-lasting enjoyment and are mainly from well-known manufacturers such as Schleich, Lego, or Playmobil. You can also choose the sweets for our ready-made goodie bags for children's birthday parties. We only use individually packaged products.

Our goodie bags are suitable for children aged three and above. They are particularly recommended for children aged three to nine, as the toys and contents are tailored specifically to this age group. We take care to ensure that the products are child-friendly and will provide long-lasting enjoyment. Many items are ideal for collecting, playing, and discovering, and are perfect for preschoolers and elementary school children.

In our ready-made, themed goodie bags, you can always choose from three different sweets. If it is important to you that your goodie bags do not contain sweets, you can easily put together your own special and individual goodie bag with our goodie bag configurator. You decide which items you want to include.

Currently, the order quantity for goodie bags is limited to 25 pieces per order. If you have a larger requirement, please contact us using our contact form. Together, we are sure to find a good solution for you.
